Taken two days before the Summer Solstice on June 19, 2004, this phenomenal sunset was the view from Juniper Point in Lighthouse Park. The shape and location of this tree keep bringing me back to the point. The tree grows right out of the solid rock at the top of a vertical cliff! On this day, two groups of rock climbers were trying their skills in the setting sun. It was a pleasant evening with several groups of people enjoying the setting sun.
